Prepare reports, feasibility studies, and environmental impact statements. Prepare and administer land use plans and zoning bylaws. Advise on economic, social and environmental factors affecting land use and present plans at public meetings and workshops. Develop land use plans and programs, and administer land use plans and zoning by-laws. Mediate and resolve land use and development disputes. Job requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years. Ability to supervise: 1 to 2 people. Job details: Type: Permanent employment, Full time. Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible.
