As a Consultant, you will be a part of the Microsoft Power Platform Consulting Practice and responsible for developing and delivering technology solutions for public and commercial sector clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, with a focus on PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and Dataverse.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver technology solutions for public and commercial sector clients utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse).
- Participate in full lifecycle implementations from discovery to deployment.
- Work in a collaborative team environment.
- Effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Document technical and functional requirements.
- Conduct client workshops and training sessions.
- Develop custom connectors, integrate with other systems and leverage advanced Power Platform capabilities.
- Stay current with the latest Power Platform updates and features.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience developing solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse).
- Demonstrated experience in at least 3 full lifecycle Power Platform implementations.
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
- Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure SQL).
- Experience with SharePoint Online and Dataverse (Common Data Service).
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).
- Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Ability to travel as needed (expected to be less than 10%).
