Senior Manager – AI Transformation & Organizational Design

The Senior Manager, AI Transformation and Organizational Design will be a key leader in driving our AI strategy and organizational evolution. This pivotal role involves designing and implementing organizational structures, processes, and change management strategies to support our AI initiatives, ensuring a seamless integration of AI technologies across the enterprise.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the design and implementation of organizational structures, processes, and governance models that facilitate the adoption and scaling of AI across the enterprise.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to ensure successful integration of AI technologies and new ways of working.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify organizational impact of AI initiatives and develop strategies to mitigate risks and maximize opportunities.
  • Design and deliver targeted training programs and communication plans to build AI literacy and capabilities across the organization.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of organizational design and change management efforts related to AI transformation.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and adaptability to support ongoing AI evolution.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and advisor on organizational design and change management best practices within the context of AI.
  • Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition teams to define new roles, skill requirements, and talent development strategies for an AI-driven workforce.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and best practices in organizational design and change management.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in organizational design, change management, or business transformation, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML or technology-driven transformations.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex organizational design and change initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, their applications, and their organizational implications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate complex ideas into actionable plans.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.

The base salary range for this role is $186,000 – $243,000. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
