We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Value Realization Manager to join our growing team. The Value Realization Manager will play a critical role in partnering with our customers post-sale to maximize value from their solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will lead the customer through the implementation and adoption process, ensuring successful outcomes and strengthening their partnership with Fortive.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with customers post-sale to maximize value from their solutions.
- Lead customers through the implementation and adoption process, ensuring successful outcomes and strengthening their partnership.
- Understand customer business objectives and align their solutions to deliver measurable value.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive customer success and identify opportunities for growth.
- Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and advocacy within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Track and report on key customer success metrics, demonstrating the value delivered.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs and contributing to product improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, consulting, or a related client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to drive product adoption and value realization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight) a plus.
- Travel may be required.
