About the role

- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle for the Client Portal, from conception to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define product strategy, roadmap, and requirements.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions that meet business needs and user expectations.
- Drive architectural decisions and technical innovation to keep our platform cutting-edge and robust.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Implement and maintain best practices for software development, testing, and deployment processes.

- Stay current with industry trends and technologies to ensure our platform remains competitive and relevant.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in web technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, TypeScript).
- 3+ years of experience in an engineering leadership/management role, leading teams of 5+ engineers.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects from end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of modern web development frameworks, architectures, and design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
- Experience in the fintech industry or with AI/ML platforms is a plus.
