How You’ll Contribute:
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Reddit’s Ads Business Manager.
- Work closely with a dedicated engineering and design team to build, launch, and iterate on products that drive advertiser success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Legal, to gather requirements, ensure alignment, and successfully bring new products to market.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Define and analyze key metrics to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter expert for your product area, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners.
- Mentor and coach junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
What You’ll Need:
- 8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on ads products or business manager tools.
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including ad formats, targeting, bidding, and measurement.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex products in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with SQL or other data analysis tools.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
