Your responsibilities
- Manage human resources activities
- Administer human resources policies and programs
- Advise management on organizational policy matters and recommend changes
- Represent the company on labour relations boards and at various conferences
- Mediate to resolve workplace problems
- Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Establish and implement administrative controls and systems
- Oversee the preparation of reports and briefs
- Oversee payroll administration
- Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
- Manage the organization’s human resources programs
- Supervise human resources staff
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
