As a Staff Product Manager on the Ads Business Manager team, you will drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the products that power our ad sales process.
The Role
The Ads Business Manager team is responsible for the products that enable Reddit’s ad sales team to effectively sell and manage advertising campaigns. This includes tools for account management, campaign creation, reporting, and invoicing. As a Staff Product Manager, you will work closely with sales, engineering, design, and operations teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver solutions that drive revenue growth and improve efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Drive the product strategy and roadmap for the Ads Business Manager team.
- Define, build, and launch new features that power Reddit’s ad sales process.
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and operations teams to deliver product solutions.
- Evangelize the product vision and strategy across the organization.
- Leverage data and user research to make informed product decisions.
- Mentor and guide junior product managers.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on advertising products, ad-tech platforms, or sales enablement tools.
- Experience driving product strategy, roadmap, and execution for complex products.
- Strong understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including ad formats, targeting, measurement, and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience building and shipping products at scale.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
