About the Job
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will be a key player in driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers for our leading Data Activation Platform. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demo and close, targeting high-growth mid-market companies in the USA East region. Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a book of business consisting of Mid-Market customers in a geographic territory (USA – East).
- Take a solutions-oriented approach to close new business and ensure proper deployment to ensure product value and customer satisfaction.
- Execute full sales cycles from prospecting, discovery, demos, to close.
- Identify customer needs and pain points, presenting tailored solutions that highlight the value of .
- Collaborate with SDR, Customer Success, and Solutions Architects to create a world-class customer experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely sales forecasts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to effectively position in the market.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, preferably in a Mid-Market or Enterprise role selling to technical users or data teams.
- A track record of consistent quota attainment and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience building and managing a sales pipeline with complex enterprise deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and articulate their value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Bonus points if you have experience with CDP, Reverse ETL, Data Warehouses, or Analytics products.
