What you’ll be doing:

What you’ll bring to the team:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
* 15+ years of experience in software development, with at least 8 years in a leadership role managing multiple engineering teams.
* Proven track record of building and scaling complex, distributed systems, preferably in the fintech or blockchain industry.
* Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and digital assets.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and a commitment to continuous improvement.
