We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Games Discovery team, building experiences that enable our members to find and enjoy games they love. This role will focus on driving engagement and retention for Netflix Games by improving our game discovery and play experience across all devices. We’re hiring for Los Gatos, CA.

As a Product Manager on the Games Discovery team, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of how members find, play, and engage with games on Netflix. You’ll work on a wide range of experiences, from personalized recommendations and browse surfaces to game details pages and pre-game engagement loops. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, defining solutions, and driving the execution of features that make games more accessible and enjoyable for our global audience.
What you’ll do
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Games Discovery, ensuring alignment with the overall Netflix Games strategy.
- Partner with design, engineering, data science, research, and marketing teams to build features and experiences that improve game discovery and engagement across devices.
- Drive product development from conception to launch, including ideation, specification, prioritization, and experimentation.
- Leverage data, user research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, define success metrics, and make informed product decisions.
- Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders across the company.
- Contribute to the broader Netflix Product Management community by sharing best practices and elevating the craft.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in gaming, entertainment, or a related consumer product space.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive significant business impact.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and iterate on product experiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A passion for games and a deep understanding of what makes them engaging.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment, taking ownership and driving results.
