We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Principal Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our token platform. This critical role involves defining the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key components of our tokenization services, ensuring alignment with Circle’s overall vision and growth objectives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the token platform.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, concise product specifications and user stories.
- Prioritize initiatives and manage the product backlog to ensure maximum impact and efficient resource allocation.
- Monitor product performance, analyze data, and gather insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate product updates, strategies, and performance to stakeholders at all levels.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the token platform, evangelizing its capabilities internally and externally.
- Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
What you’ll bring to Circle:
- 12+ years of experience in product management, with a significant portion in blockchain, crypto, or fintech.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex products, preferably in platform or infrastructure services.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, token standards (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-721), and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
- Experience with tokenization platforms, digital assets, and regulatory considerations in the crypto space.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environment.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
