What you’ll be a part of:

Circle’s Ecosystems team is at the forefront of driving innovation and adoption of digital currencies globally. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Blockchain Partner Manager to join our Ecosystems team. This role is crucial in expanding Circle’s reach and impact by identifying, engaging, and managing strategic partnerships within the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain technology, a strong network within the crypto space, and a proven track record of successfully building and nurturing partnerships.

What you’ll work on:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners within the blockchain and Web3 ecosystems, focusing on expanding Circle’s use cases for USDC, EURC, and other digital assets.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies aligned with Circle’s overall business objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at partner organizations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful partner integrations and go-to-market strategies.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the blockchain space.
  • Represent Circle at industry events, conferences, and meetups to foster new connections and strengthen existing ones.
  • Drive revenue growth and user adoption through strategic partnerships.

You will ideally bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or related roles within the blockchain/crypto industry.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, stablecoins (USDC, EURC), and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong network within the blockchain and crypto communities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
