The Company is looking for a Lead Product Manager to join the Platform Product team. Its mission is to scale and operate its core platform capabilities and services used by all other of its products. This includes Identity & Accounts, Data Platform, Developer Platform, Payments & Money Movement, Token & Blockchain Management, and Platform Engineering.

What you’ll do:
- Define and own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for a critical component of the platform.
- Work with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and other product managers to deliver on the team’s mission and roadmap.
- Deeply understand customer needs and market opportunities across the payments and blockchain space.
- Drive product discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Evangelize your product vision and strategy internally and externally.
- Communicate regularly with executive leadership and other stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for your product domain.
What you’ll bring:
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience building and shipping platform products or APIs, ideally in the FinTech, Blockchain, or Payments space.
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and decentralized finance.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for building innovative products that empower users and businesses.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
