We are looking for a Principal Product Manager who will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for our Web3 Developer products and Platform. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of decentralized finance, working closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Define and execute the product strategy for Web3 Developer products and Platform.
* Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver innovative solutions.
* Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities and pain points.
* Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall company vision and strategic goals.
* Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise product requirements and user stories.
* Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
* Define and analyze key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
* Act as a product evangelist, communicating the vision and value proposition to internal and external stakeholders.
* Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Prerequisites:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
* 10+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion in Web3, blockchain, or crypto.
* Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex technical products.
* Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain protocols, and decentralized applications.
* Experience with developer platforms, APIs, and SDKs.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
