Senior Manager – Analytics Presales

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and contribute to a team of analytics presales professionals.
  • Provide leadership and technical guidance on the development and delivery of presales presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concepts.
  • Work closely with regional sales teams to identify key opportunities and strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to align presales activities with product roadmaps and market demands.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and demonstrating how FICO solutions can address their needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in presales processes and methodologies, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Support regional sales in revenue generation through the effective utilization of FICO’s analytical solutions, including AI/ML, prescriptive analytics, optimization, decision management, and fraud detection.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple presales engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, including white papers, articles, and presentations, showcasing FICO’s expertise in analytics.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Typically, 8+ years of experience in analytics, presales, or consulting roles, with a strong focus on quantitative analysis and problem-solving.
  • 5+ years of leadership and people management experience.
  • Deep understanding of analytical tools and techniques, including AI/ML, predictive modeling, optimization, and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of various industry domains (e.g., financial services, retail, telecommunications).
  • Ability to travel as needed to support client engagements and internal meetings.
