We’re looking for an experienced Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our GenAI Platform team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of building the Generative AI platform, driving the development and adoption of foundational models across the company.
You’ll work on challenging problems at the intersection of large-scale distributed systems, machine learning, and product innovation. You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing critical components of our GenAI infrastructure, enabling product teams to leverage state-of-the-art AI capabilities.
What you’ll do:
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable GenAI services, platforms, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to integrate state-of-the-art GenAI models into products.
- Develop and implement strategies for model lifecycle management, including data pipelines, training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Drive the adoption of best practices for GenAI development, MLOps, and responsible AI.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
What we’ll expect from you:
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on machine learning, AI, or large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Go, or similar languages.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- In-depth understanding of GenAI concepts, models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models), and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bonus Points:
- Experience building and operating GenAI platforms at scale.
- Contributions to open-source GenAI projects or research.
- Experience with real-time inference and low-latency systems.
