Staff Product Manager – Brand

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Brand-facing products. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and delivering innovative solutions that empower our cannabis brand partners to effectively manage their products, inventory, orders, and promotions within our marketplace.

As a Staff Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform, working closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and operations teams to bring innovative solutions to market. What You’ll Do

  • Develop and own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for brand-facing products, aligning with overall company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs, pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Translate strategic objectives into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Prioritize initiatives, manage the product backlog, and make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and maximize impact.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as a strong advocate for brand partners, ensuring their needs are deeply understood and effectively addressed throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches, adoption, and ongoing success.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management, particularly within e-commerce, marketplaces, and the cannabis industry.
  • Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, with a focus on B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex products from conception to end-of-life.
  • Strong understanding of brand management, supply chain, and logistics principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration).
  • Bonus points for experience in the cannabis industry or working with highly regulated products.
