What You Will Do
- Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the social platform capabilities that power our growing portfolio of games.
- Partner with game studios, designers, engineers, data scientists, and other product teams to define and deliver compelling social experiences that enhance player engagement and community.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Define and analyze key metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders across the organization.
- Mentor and coach other product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in gaming or social platforms.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling successful social products or features.
- Deep understanding of social mechanics, player psychology, and community dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working with global teams and diverse cultures.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or equivalent practical experience.
