Tasks
- Plan and manage the financial and human resources of the engineering service group
- Oversee the analysis, design, development and maintenance of current and future products, systems and projects
- Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department
- Assign, co-ordinate and review the technical work of the department
- Ensure the efficient and economical utilization of facilities and personnel
- Act as a technical consultant in the area of expertise
- Review and approve designs, calculations, specifications and other engineering data
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 5 years or more
