Senior Financial Analyst

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global operations within the Finance Department. This position will be an integral member of the Finance team, responsible for developing insightful financial analysis and reporting to drive strategic decision-making and business performance. We are looking for a highly motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of financial principles and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis, to identify key drivers and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data, understand business operations, and support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Participate in the month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual operating plans and long-range financial forecasts.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial planning and analysis.
  • Provide financial support for special projects, ad-hoc analysis, and strategic initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or a similar finance role, preferably in a global environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling) and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion, SAP BPC) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to data integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
