  • Advise employers on methods and procedures for the negotiation and administration of collective agreements
  • Bargain for the settlement of industrial disputes
  • Interpret and administer collective agreements
  • Mediate in the settlement of disputes and grievances
  • Represent employers in negotiations with trade unions
  • Represent employers in the grievance and arbitration process
  • Research and analyze industrial relations policies and practices
  • Study and interpret labour laws, legislation and agreements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3 years to less than 5 years
