Senior Analyst – Analytics and Insights

As a Senior Analyst, Analytics & Insights, you will drive insights for the Go-to-Market (GTM) organization that enable the company to make informed decisions and optimize business performance across the customer journey. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions, conduct in-depth data analysis, and communicate actionable recommendations.

Your Impact

  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders in the Go-to-Market organization (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to understand their analytical needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Work closely with functional partners within the company’s Data Team, including Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, and Data Science, to deliver robust data solutions and insights.
  • Own key GTM metrics definitions, reporting, and dashboarding initiatives end-to-end to drive business understanding and self-service.
  • Proactively identify and investigate trends, anomalies, and opportunities within GTM data, providing recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Design and execute analyses (e.g., cohort analysis, funnel analysis, A/B testing support) to evaluate the effectiveness of GTM initiatives and inform strategic decisions.
  • Effectively communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences through clear and concise presentations and reports.
  • Support ad-hoc analytical requests, providing timely and accurate data-driven insights to support critical business decisions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data infrastructure, tools, and processes, ensuring data quality, reliability, and accessibility.
  • Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling.

What you’ll bring

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably supporting Go-to-Market (GTM) functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) within a SaaS company.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Sisense, Tableau, Looker, Power BI) with a proven ability to create compelling dashboards and reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and deliver actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex analytical findings to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and experimental design (e.g., A/B testing).
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies (e.g., Snowflake, dbt).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for the company’s mission and values.

Nice-to-have Skills:

  • Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Understanding of financial metrics and business forecasting.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM data.
