Signifyd is a leader in fraud protection and order intelligence for e-commerce merchants. We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior AI Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our AI-driven fraud detection and prevention solutions, leveraging cutting-edge machine learning and data science to deliver unparalleled value to our customers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI/ML-powered fraud detection and prevention solutions.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation, discovery, development, launch, and post-launch iteration.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, research, design, and other product teams to deliver innovative and impactful products.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
- Translate complex business problems and customer needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on solutions to continuously improve outcomes.
- Act as a subject matter expert on AI/ML technologies and their application in fraud prevention.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders across the organization.
- Champion a data-driven approach to product development and decision-making.
What you’ll need:
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years focused on AI/ML products.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling AI/ML-powered products in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong technical understanding of machine learning algorithms, data science principles, and their practical application.
- Experience working with large datasets and real-time data processing systems.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and a customer-centric mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience in fraud detection, risk management, or fintech is a significant plus.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
