As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, QA, sales, and marketing to ensure our products meet the needs of our customers and align with our overall business strategy. What you will be doing:

  • Participate in the product discovery process, working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to refine product vision.
  • Engage with internal and external customers to gather feedback and inform product decisions.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and identify market opportunities and trends.
  • Define, analyze, and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Assist in the creation of product roadmaps and strategies.
  • Support the launch of new products and features, including documentation, training, and marketing materials.
  • Monitor product performance, gather data, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for assigned product areas.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the product team.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing) or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role within the software industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!) is a plus.
  • Passion for creating user-centric products and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • EMT, Paramedic, Firefighter, or healthcare experience is a plus.
