Senior Stock Administrator

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Stock Administration, the Senior Stock Administrator will assist in all aspects of equity plan administration for a global employee population. This role will contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of our stock administration processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will serve as a key resource for employees regarding equity compensation matters, provide support for various equity projects, and ensure accurate and timely processing of equity transactions.

What you’ll do

  • Assist in all aspects of equity plan administration, including grants, exercises, lapses, and cancellations globally.
  • Administer new equity awards, option exercises, RSU vestings, ESPP enrollment, purchases and disqualifying dispositions.
  • Partner with Payroll and other internal stakeholders to ensure accurate tax withholding and reporting.
  • Prepare internal reports, reconciliations, and analyses related to equity, as needed.
  • Support employee understanding of equity awards and the company’s equity programs.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Support various ad hoc equity projects.

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years experience with global equity plan administration, preferably in-house.
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 1 required; CEP Level 2 or 3 preferred.
  • Knowledge of ASC 718, 409A, and other equity-related accounting and tax requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of global equity administration, including country-specific tax and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to explain complex equity concepts clearly.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Experience with an equity administration platform (e.g., Shareworks, Equity Edge Online).
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
  • Comfort working independently in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

You’ll also

  • Help with proxy statement disclosures and Section 16 filings (Forms 3, 4, and 5) with the SEC.
  • Work on the annual valuation of equity awards with external specialists.
  • Support new jurisdiction setups.

Bonus points for

  • Experience with U.S. and international payroll processes relating to stock compensation.
  • Experience with brokerage firms and third-party stock plan administrators.
  • Experience with Section 16 filings (Forms 3, 4, and 5).
