The company is looking for an experienced leader to join their team as a Director, Marketing Operations to strategically lead and scale our marketing systems. In this role, you will lead a small team to build and maintain the marketing technology stack, including our Marketing Automation Platform (MAP), CRM and other tools. You will identify and implement best-in-class processes that drive efficiencies and allow our Marketing team to scale, as well as ensure the integrity of our marketing data. This role will partner closely with Marketing leadership to understand their strategy and vision, and create an operational roadmap that supports their goals. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales Operations, Business Systems and Data Science. As a Director, you will also be responsible for leading, coaching and developing the team.
