Sr. Strategic Finance Manager – Self Serve and New Products

As a Sr. Strategic Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in partnering with our Product and Growth teams, providing financial analysis, strategic guidance, and insights to drive the success of our self-serve and new products initiatives. You will be responsible for developing financial models, forecasting key metrics, analyzing business performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and profitability.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, planning, and budgeting related to self-serve and new products.
  • Partner closely with Product and Growth teams to provide financial insights, analyze business performance, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of key metrics, including customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, churn, and product monetization, to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Evaluate the financial impact of new product launches, pricing strategies, and growth initiatives, providing recommendations to optimize outcomes.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for executive leadership, communicating key findings and strategic recommendations effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and analysis to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support strategic initiatives, including M&A due diligence and integration, as needed.
  • Mentor and guide junior finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

What you’ll bring:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking, with a focus on SaaS or technology companies.
  • Proven experience partnering with Product and Growth teams in a high-growth, self-serve SaaS environment.
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis, with a strong understanding of SaaS metrics and unit economics.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial planning software (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. MBA or CFA preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote-first environment.
