Who You Are
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record in scaling HR functions from the ground up.
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and HR compliance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute operationally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Experience with Private Equity-backed companies is a significant plus.
