About the role
This role focuses on scaling and optimizing the core user lifecycle and product surfaces, including onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention across various customer segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, particularly within growth teams, and be adept at driving user adoption and retention strategies for financial or Web3 products.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for growth initiatives, focusing on onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.
- Lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of new product features and optimizations that drive user acquisition and lifecycle progression across various customer segments (e.g., retail, developer, business).
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, data science, and other product teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Utilize data analytics, A/B testing, and user research to identify growth opportunities, measure impact, and iterate on product features.
- Own the product roadmap for your area, prioritize features, and manage the backlog to ensure alignment with overall company goals and timely execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the Web3 and financial services space to inform product strategy.
- Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders across the organization.
- Mentor and guide junior product managers or team members, fostering a culture of product excellence and continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion dedicated to growth-focused roles in FinTech, SaaS, or Web3 companies.
- Proven track record of driving significant user growth, engagement, and retention through product innovation and data-driven experimentation.
- Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform product decisions, identify trends, and measure success.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks, analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics), and CRM platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Passion for Web3, blockchain technology, and the future of digital money.
