Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the go-to-market strategy, execution, and overall success of new and existing products and solutions.
- Develop comprehensive commercialization plans, including market segmentation, positioning, pricing, messaging, and sales enablement.
- Collaborate closely with product management, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing market growth.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify market opportunities and unmet customer needs.
- Develop and execute product launch plans, including internal training, sales collateral, and external communications.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to commercialization efforts, providing regular reporting and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter expert for assigned products and solutions, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to ensure our products remain at the forefront of the market.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the commercialization team.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in product commercialization, product marketing, or go-to-market strategy, preferably in the healthcare technology or software industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and growing products in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of market segmentation, positioning, pricing, and messaging strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous and evolving market.
- Experience with dental practice management software or related healthcare technology solutions is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
