Principal Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Principal Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team. This individual will be a key player in shaping the narrative and driving market adoption for our innovative financial products, playing a critical role in launching and scaling cutting-edge solutions for developers, businesses, and institutions globally. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, collaborate closely with product management, sales, engineering, and external partners, and ultimately contribute to the company’s mission of building the global economic system of the future.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, features, and enhancements, ensuring successful market penetration and adoption.
  • Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences (developers, businesses, institutions), articulating the unique value proposition of our offerings.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive differentiation.
  • Create high-impact marketing collateral, including presentations, data sheets, whitepapers, website content, case studies, and sales enablement tools.
  • Partner with sales and business development teams to develop effective sales pitches, training materials, and tools that empower them to effectively articulate product value.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team (content, demand generation, communications) to integrate product narratives into campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform product roadmap and marketing strategies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for our products, providing insights and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor junior product marketing managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS, fintech, or blockchain/web3 technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling complex technical products in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling marketing messages.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience in market research, competitive analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, sales, and executive leadership.
  • Experience working with developer audiences and understanding their unique needs and pain points.
  • A strong understanding of the financial technology landscape, including payment systems, digital assets, and regulatory considerations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience with global markets and a nuanced understanding of diverse customer segments is a plus.
