IT Administrator – CLM Ironclad

About the Job

We are looking for an IT Administrator to join our IT Operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in administering and supporting our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software, Ironclad, and ensuring its seamless integration with other vital business systems.

What you’ll do

  • Administer and configure contract lifecycle management software (Ironclad) and support new and existing integrations between Ironclad and other systems (Coupa, Google Drive, Salesforce).
  • Administer and support our global IT systems: Okta, Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), Slack, Zoom, BetterCloud, Kandji, Jamf, G Suite Enterprise.
  • Manage role-based access control, security policies, data retention, and backup.
  • Automate and improve existing processes with scripts, workflows, and integrations.
  • Build strong working relationships with other teams within GitLab (Business Technology, Sales Systems, Marketing Systems, People Systems, Legal) to define technical requirements and provide support.
  • Implement and maintain endpoint management systems (Kandji, Jamf).
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation.
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies.
  • Develop security best practices for all IT-managed systems.
  • Provide support to team members, resolving complex technical issues and escalating when necessary.

What you’ll bring

  • Ability to use and support systems such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, BetterCloud, Kandji, Jamf.
  • Experience administering a CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) solution like Ironclad, Conga, DocuSign CLM, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, Go, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Experience with macOS, ChromeOS, Windows, and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience supporting SaaS applications for a global organization.
  • Experience with API integrations.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Knowledge of security best practices (least privilege, MFA, zero trust).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for automation and efficiency.
  • Self-starter with a desire to learn new technologies.
