Draeger’s Anesthesia Regional Director, ASC has regional responsibility for achieving all commercial objectives and meeting all customer expectations in the assigned geographic territory related to Anesthesia for the ASC marketplace. This includes direct selling, strategy, contract negotiation, account management, and business development.
What you’ll be doing
- Achieve revenue and market share growth for the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the region.
- Manage direct sales activities and drive new business development.
- Cultivate relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, clinical, service) to support sales efforts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Attend industry conferences and events.
- Train and mentor sales team members (if applicable).
What you’ll bring to the role
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales leadership experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving market share growth.
- Experience with capital equipment sales and complex sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of the Anesthesia/ASC market.
- Remote sales management experience required.
Skills/Competencies:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
