As a Staff Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our consumer-facing products. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, elegant, and impactful design solutions that address complex user problems and contribute to the growth of our platform.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and research to ideation, prototyping, and final implementation.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product strategy and requirements.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Translate complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Develop detailed wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools.
Prerequisites:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful consumer-facing products.
- Proven track record of leading complex design projects from conception to launch.
- Expertise in user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and design thinking methodologies.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies, platform guidelines, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with crypto or fintech products is a plus.
