We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Client Operations Storyteller to join our team. What you’ll do
Be the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
Proactively manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and potential risks, and developing strategies to address them.
Onboard new clients, guide them through implementation, and ensure a seamless and positive experience.
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to advocate for client needs and ensure alignment with product development.
Monitor client performance, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize their use of our platform and achieve their business goals.
Develop and deliver compelling client presentations, reports, and success stories.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our client operations processes and strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client success and B2B SaaS.
What you’ll bring
3-5 years of experience in client operations, client success, account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts and building strong, lasting relationships.
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS business models and the customer lifecycle.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Native/fluent English speaker.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), project management tools, and communication platforms.
Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team in a fast-paced startup environment.
