Staff Product Manager – Agentic AI / Product Security and Compliance

About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Staff Product Manager to lead our initiatives in Agentic AI and Product Security & Compliance. In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Agentic AI within our platform, ensuring that our AI-driven features are not only innovative and effective but also secure and compliant with relevant industry standards and regulations.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Agentic AI features, ensuring alignment with overall company vision and market needs.
  • Lead the discovery, research, and analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape related to Agentic AI and product security.
  • Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Work with our cybersecurity and legal teams to ensure all Agentic AI features adhere to the highest security standards and comply with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, NIST).
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Agentic AI, product security, and compliance, both internally and externally.
  • Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex software products.
  • 5+ years of experience specifically in cybersecurity, product security, or enterprise AI/ML solutions.
  • Deep understanding of Agentic AI principles, frameworks, and deployment strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of product security best practices, vulnerability management, and secure software development lifecycles (SSDLC).
  • Familiarity with relevant compliance standards and regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive product outcomes in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Experience working with large datasets, data governance, and privacy-enhancing technologies.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
