We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team, working with clients in the data center industry on reliability and operational resilience. The right candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, deep knowledge of data center power systems, and a passion for improving the uptime and efficiency of critical infrastructure.

What you’ll do
- Lead technical analyses of data center electrical systems (e.g., fault studies, arc flash, load flow, coordination studies).
- Develop and implement reliability improvement strategies for existing data center infrastructure.
- Conduct root cause analyses for electrical incidents and failures.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement robust electrical solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on electrical safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
What you’ll bring
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a significant focus on mission-critical facilities, preferably data centers.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Deep expertise in power distribution systems, UPS, generators, switchgear, and protective relaying.
- Proficiency with power system analysis software (e.g., ETAP, SKM, PSS/E).
- Strong understanding of relevant electrical codes and standards (e.g., NFPA 70, IEEE, NETA).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
