Job Description
The Global Flagship Accounts Manager is responsible for managing strategic relationships with Fluke Calibration’s most critical global customers, driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships. This role ensures comprehensive and unified account strategies, leveraging the full Fluke Calibration portfolio to address customer needs and expand market share globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive global account plans aligned with Fluke Calibration’s strategic objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within assigned global flagship accounts.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and effectively positioning Fluke Calibration’s diverse product and service portfolio.
- Lead complex negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, marketing, engineering, customer service) to ensure seamless customer experience and optimal resource allocation.
- Provide regular forecasting, reporting, and analysis of account performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Champion customer feedback internally to drive continuous improvement in products, services, and processes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape to proactively identify opportunities and threats.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in global account management, strategic sales, or business development within the Test & Measurement industry or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth with large, complex global accounts.
- Strong understanding of calibration principles, metrology, and relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025) is highly desirable.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel globally as required (estimated 30-50%).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive account strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
The salary range for this position is C$292,950-C$488,700 annually.
