The company is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of Analyst Relations to build and execute a robust AR program from the ground up. This role is crucial for establishing and nurturing relationships with key industry analysts, positioning the company as a leader in the global supply chain sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute AR Strategy: Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive analyst relations program that aligns with company goals and product launches.
- Analyst Engagement: Proactively engage with leading industry analysts (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC) to educate them on the company’s vision, strategy, products, and customer successes.
- Briefings & Inquiries: Coordinate and facilitate analyst briefings, inquiries, and strategy sessions with executives and subject matter experts.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling analyst-facing content, including presentations, messaging documents, and briefing kits.
- Reports & Evaluations: Manage the company’s participation in key analyst reports, such as Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, and IDC MarketScapes. Drive positive placement and coverage.
- Measurement & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of AR activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product management, sales, and executive teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximize AR impact.
- Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and analyst research to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
Prerequisites:
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in analyst relations, corporate communications, or product marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS or supply chain technology sector.
- Relationships: Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with top-tier industry analysts.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic AR plans that drive measurable results.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the global supply chain and logistics industry is a significant plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
