The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director to lead the Advanced Computing Business, focusing on HPC and Quantum-Hybrid solutions. This pivotal role involves driving revenue growth, strategic market expansion, and fostering key partnerships to establish our leadership in the advanced computing domain. This is a critical role that will shape the future of our business, working directly with the Chief Revenue Officer to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and expand market share for advanced computing solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans for HPC and Quantum-Hybrid offerings.
- Lead market analysis, competitive positioning, and product roadmap contributions.
- Identify and cultivate key partnerships and strategic alliances.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment and execution.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on customer success.
Prerequisites
- 10+ years of experience in business development, product management, or sales within the advanced computing (HPC, Cloud HPC, Quantum Computing, ML/AI for simulation) or deep tech sectors.
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Strong understanding of the advanced computing landscape, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience with quantum computing or quantum-hybrid solutions is a significant plus.
