The Core Engineering team is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive various critical initiatives for its Infrastructure Engineering organization. As a TPM, you will be responsible for defining and delivering scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions that power our global streaming service.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in a cloud or infrastructure domain.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional technical projects.
- Deep understanding of infrastructure technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, distributed systems, networking, storage, databases).
- Strong technical acumen and ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of an organization.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and program management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
