We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with large enterprise accounts. You will be a strategic seller, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders and positioning Hightouch as a critical component of their data activation strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, ensuring a smooth transition to the customer success team.
- Work cross-functionally with Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and leadership to develop account strategies that maximize deal outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technical executives by demonstrating a deep understanding of customer challenges and Hightouch’s solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive prospecting and engagement with inbound leads.
- Accurately forecast revenue and achieve quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate and close complex deals, demonstrating strong business acumen and an understanding of legal and contractual terms.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales process, strategies, and playbooks.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle B2B SaaS sales role, with a strong track record of exceeding quota.
- Experience selling complex data/analytics software to enterprise companies.
- Familiarity with the modern data stack (data warehouses, ETL tools, BI tools, CDP, etc.) and a passion for data technology.
- Strong executive presence and ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A highly self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
