Signifyd is looking for an Account Executive who will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and closing new business with high-value prospects. This role will be focused on net new revenue growth and will focus on closing complex enterprise deals with prospects based in North America.
As an Account Executive, you will join a team of highly motivated, energetic, and successful sales professionals focused on growing Signifyd’s market share in the Enterprise segment. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Sourcing, qualifying, and closing new business with high-value prospects.
- Leverage your relationships and experience to penetrate new accounts, develop and grow new relationships.
- Effectively manage complex sales cycles that can be anywhere from 3-9 months by actively communicating and driving next steps internally and with customers.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quota.
- Accurately forecast business on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain account and opportunity data in CRM (Salesforce).
- Collaborate and strategize with internal teams, including pre-sales, implementation, and legal to ensure client needs are met and deals are closed.
- Serve as the trusted advisor to the customer, leading all aspects of the sales process, including: sales presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and business justification.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED (Requirements)
- 3-5 years of experience in an outbound closing role at a SaaS company.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Experience carrying a 6 figure quota.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience selling to enterprise e-commerce merchants or similar vertical experience required.
- Experience negotiating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive deals to close.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to provide accurate forecasts and effectively manage a robust pipeline.
- Ability to travel roughly 20-30% of the time, as needed.

- Experience with e-commerce fraud protection.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with HubSpot.
Job Overview
This role offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive base salary, commission, and stock options. The salary range for this position is $149,000 to $169,000 OTE annually, reflecting the estimated base and target commission for candidates in the specified US locations (NY, CA, CO, WA). Individual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, and geographical location. Exact compensation will be determined during the offer process.
