We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for cybersecurity and a proven track record of success in account management. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to review performance, discuss new solutions, and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, engineering) to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other relevant documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product offerings.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on cybersecurity best practices and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the cybersecurity or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving client growth.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
