About the role
Our Client Services team is dedicated to delivering exceptional client service, ensuring our clients feel confident and successful in using Spektrix to achieve their goals. As an Accounting Solutions Lead, you’ll join our North American Client Services team at a key stage of our growth in the USA and Canada.
You’ll become an expert in our accounting functionality and understand how clients are using our system from a finance perspective. You’ll apply this knowledge to advise and support clients and internal teams with a proactive and consultative approach.
What you’ll do
- Work with existing clients to advise on best practice of using Spektrix for their accounting and reconcile data.
- Help clients configure our general ledger codes to reflect the chart of accounts for their organization.
- Oversee the client onboarding process from an accounting perspective, advising on how to transition their current general ledger and accounting systems to Spektrix.
- Become a product expert and provide financial advice to internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with the Product team to advocate for and contribute to the development of new accounting-related functionality.
- Assist with the delivery of the global finance team’s projects and quarterly close processes, where needed.
Who you are
- You’ll have a strong accounting background, ideally with experience of working with clients, as well as an understanding of internal accounting processes.
- You’re a clear communicator who can translate complex information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- You love solving problems and finding simple solutions to complex challenges.
- You’re comfortable managing competing priorities, with excellent attention to detail.
- You’re able to work independently, as well as collaborating with a diverse team.
- You’re passionate about our mission to support arts organizations. Experience working in the arts sector is a bonus, but not essential.
What we offer
- A competitive salary commensurate with experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, and generous paid time off.
- A positive work environment with a strong company culture focused on learning and development.
- Hybrid working policy with the expectation of being in our NYC office once per week.
- The opportunity to work with leading arts organizations across the USA and Canada, making a real impact on their success.
