Analytics Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analytics Engineer to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a data-driven culture, build robust data models, and ensure data integrity for business intelligence and operational workflows.

As an Analytics Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our data infrastructure and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable data models for various business domains.
  • Build and optimize ELT pipelines using dbt and other modern data tools.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all data assets.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data models, pipelines, and processes.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to build and enhance our data platform.
  • Advocate for data best practices, governance, and data literacy within the organization.
  • Implement data activation strategies using a reverse ETL tool (or similar tools) to sync data to operational systems.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a similar role.
  • Expertise in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
  • Strong experience with dbt for data modeling and transformation.
  • Experience building and optimizing ELT pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation.
  • Understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with a reverse ETL tool (or similar tools) is a plus.
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
