Responsibilities

- Participate in the development of policies and procedures
- Organize and direct administrative services such as records management, office layout and other administrative services
- Administer contracts and agreements
- Direct and advise staff providing financial, communications and other business services
- Formulate and approve promotional campaigns
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major administrative files and systems
