As an Associate Product Manager for Interfaces, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing the strategy for our software product integrations. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless data exchange and interoperability between our solutions and other healthcare systems, directly impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of our customers’ operations.
What you’ll do:
- Own and manage the product roadmap for interfaces and integrations across our portfolio of software products.
- Work closely with an agile team of engineers, UX designers, and other product managers to translate market needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Engage with internal and external customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify new opportunities for product enhancement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and drive adoption.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform product strategy.
- Clearly communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to all stakeholders.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or product ownership, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience with healthcare IT systems (EHR, practice management, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data exchange protocols (HL7, FHIR, SFTP, REST) is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
