We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary CCaaS Architect with a deep specialization in Google Contact Center AI (CCAI) solutions. What you’ll be doing: Provide architectural leadership and guidance for Google CCaaS and CCAI solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives. Design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure CCaaS/CCAI architectures tailored to specific client needs and industry best practices. Lead the development of technical solution designs, including integration strategies, data flows, and security considerations. Conduct technical assessments of client environments to identify opportunities for leveraging Google CCaaS and CCAI solutions. Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to articulate technical solutions to prospective clients through presentations, demos, and workshops. Act as a subject matter expert on Google Contact Center AI products, providing guidance to project teams and clients. Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior architects and engineers. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the CCaaS and AI space, particularly within the Google ecosystem. Develop and maintain documentation for architectural designs, technical specifications, and implementation guidelines. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to CCaaS/CCAI deployments. Support the client in achieving their business objectives by driving innovation and value through the effective use of Google CCaaS and CCAI. What you’ll bring: 10+ years of experience in contact center technology, with at least 5 years focused on architectural design and implementation. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Contact Center AI (CCAI) solutions, including Dialogflow ES/CX, Contact Center AI Platform, and other related services. Proven experience in designing and deploying complex CCaaS solutions (e.g., Genesys, Twilio, Five9, NICE, Talkdesk), with a strong preference for Google Cloud Contact Center AI. Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, particularly within Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experience with API integrations, microservices, and event-driven architectures. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer certification preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Experience with other Google Cloud products such as BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, and App Engine is a plus.
